Ana Brunet, MS
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
As a therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where my clients feel truly seen and understood. My work focuses on supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate challenges related to trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches—like CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT—to tailor each session to my clients' unique needs, always aiming to foster resilience, self-awareness, and coping skills. Building a genuine, trusting relationship with each client is a priority for me, as I believe that authentic connection is key to meaningful growth and healing. My goal is to support my clients’ journeys with empathy, professionalism, and a deep respect for their individual experiences.
