I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment that allows for individuals to grow and heal. I have experience working with individuals struggling with substance use, eating disorders, self-esteem, anger, anxiety, and depression. I have a great understanding that individuals and their experiences are unique and each requires a different approach.
I utilize a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based, exposure therapy, anger management, communication, mindfulness, and meditation.
I received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern Indiana and am currently working toward my LCSW licensure.
