Charlotte Paparella, MA

Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern
(She/Her)

With a background in disability counseling and advocacy work, mental health & wellness coaching, yoga and meditation, I possess a strong understanding of the human experience and believe we are all whole and complete just the way we are. I also understand that while we are whole and complete, there are many factors that may prevent us from living the full, authentic, and fulfilling life we all desire. With a Person-Centered and Positive Approach, I work with my clients to find more freedom and peace within themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. From inner-child work, to processing the past, to focusing on the here and now, I will be there with you to guide and help facilitate your healing and growth. You will feel safe and supported during each of our sessions as we work together to uncover the false narratives holding you back, heal the wounds of the past, and create a safe and loving environment in your mind, body, and spirit.

Aside from therapy, I am available for Mental Health & Wellness Coaching. Coaching is predominantly focused on establishing better habits that pave the way to your future.

Remember: starting therapy does not mean you are broken, it means you are healing.
