Jacob Lundy, MA
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
(he/they)
I think therapists all provide something a bit different, so it's important to try and find the right fit. My approach has been successful with couples, adolescents, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and adults who have a history of feeling misunderstood. My experience also extends to individuals on the autism spectrum, trauma, navigating communication, and boundary difficulties.
I believe in the power of building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and collaboration. I take a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual. I work in partnership with clients to explore their strengths, identify areas for growth, and develop practical strategies. I think it's scary to reach out to therapists, so please know I'd be thrilled to work with you! Please feel free to reach out for a free consultation to see if we're a good fit before deciding to schedule an appointment.
