I'm a Certified Sex Therapist and a Nationally Certified Counselor. My goal is to help individuals and relationships grow stronger through communication, patience, tolerance, and self-care. I work with couples who aren't happy with their sex life or who aren't communicating well. I work with individuals who have issues with their sexual or gender identity, sexual functioning, or sexually compulsive behaviors. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and often incorporate meditation and mindfulness training into therapy sessions. I am the owner of Cypress Wellness Center.

I have a masters and doctorate in Sociology and Gender Studies from the University of Florida. I have a second masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. I completed my postgraduate studies at Florida Postgraduate Sex Therapy Training Institute and am a Certified Sex Therapist. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor.

In addition to being a therapist, I teach for the University of Tampa. I write for the Tampa Bay Times and have been on several newscasts discussing relationships and mental health.
