Mona Luan

Clinical Mental Health Counseling Student Intern

I create a warm and nurturing space for you to remember your own wild wisdom and navigate the uncharted territories of life with inner courage and confidence. I believe in the interconnectedness of all life and bring a holistic and integrative therapeutic style, addressing the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic realms. With a strengths-based approach, I view humans as strong, resilient, and unique individuals, not as broken or needing to be fixed, and I am dedicated to seeing the best in you with empathy and unconditional positive regard and holding you in that potential in your journey to wholeness and wellness.

I am pursing my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I bring my experience in yoga, life and success coaching, hypnotherapy, energy work, and leading women's circles and retreats.
