Our counselors create a safe place to explore and share with others who might share some of the same struggles. Therapeutic groups, whether they are focused on support, psychoeducation, or behavioral change, provide a linkage to others. Creating intentional communities and healthy relationships in a counseling context provides a way of healing and fostering self-compassion and acceptance and helps develop skills to apply to other areas of our lives. ALL GROUPS REQUIRE REGISTRATION.
Art Teen Group
Led by art therapist Alessandra Macca, teens ages 13 to 19 years old engage in creating art using diverse mediums including but not limited to oil pastel crayons, clay, and others. This group gives teens a space to create art, focused on the process and acceptance. No previous artistic experience is required! This group helps them learn to build safe, trusting relationships as they practice socio-emotional skills, and are immersed in the art-making process.

Adult ADHD Group
A process group gives a unique opportunity for individuals to share their experiences, learn from others, and receive encouragement as they develop skills to help them in acceptance, self-compassion, and coping skills for their struggles. ADHD can impact all areas of our lives in different ways. Kelvin Rivera provides a safe place for individuals to explore the difficulties that arise from or are related to ADHD traits and how they impact their relationships, careers, and other areas of their life.

Sober Living
Briana Austin leads this group where she provides psychoeducation and helps folks develop skills that facilitate sober living. This is a step in a journey toward continued healing, self-acceptance, and an opportunity to deepen self-love practices. Group sessions provide a safe place to feel seen, heard, and understood.

Women in Recovery
This group is a safe space for women in recovery to come and build community with each other, while also learning helpful skills to maintain a recovery lifestyle. Regardless of where you are in your journey, this group is open to you! Group members are asked to refrain from joining the group if they are under the influence on the meeting night (but you are welcome in any future weeks!). We will focus on building healthy, supportive relationships within the recovery community, gaining skills related to recovery, and fostering open communication under the guidance of Briana Austin and Kaci Crook.

Queer Womxn Supporting Queer Womxn
Unlike our other groups, this one requires a commitment to an 8-week session. This group is for womxn and gender-expansive folx looking for therapeutic and peer support. Liv Wolfenden believes that creating and protecting queer spaces and tapping into the strength of expanding and claiming space for oneself and one’s community is a courageous reclamation of power.
